Christmas and New Years at Home

We did not go to Oklahoma or Wyoming this Christmas. Although we did not get to spend Christmas with extended family, we did enjoy our Christmas without snow.

The kids gave us a "date" for New Years. They set up candles, wine glasses with grape juice (they took from the hutch, the ones we used at our wedding), and even pulled our chairs out for us while another handed us a hand-made menu. As we ate, they even provided entertainment! Jacob and Logan rapped while McKenzy danced. A few minutes later, they got on the piano, and sang "love songs" about getting sealed in the Temple. It was enough to make a person cry! We have such CREATIVE kids. We really do love each and every one. We feel so blessed to have them in our lives.
